Our Guarantee

If your order is incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately at 317.257.2900 or email info@charlesmayer.com. Do not accept delivery if package looks damaged and please keep all original packaging. Customer satisfaction is our priority at Charles Mayer & Company: if you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us within 14 business days. Merchandise must be in unused condition and have original boxes/packaging.

Customization/Gifts:

Complimentary gift wrapping is available. Please select “gift wrapping” at checkout or contact us at 317.257.2900 or email info@charlesmayer.com to have your merchandise gift wrapped and your personal enclosure gift card added. If sent directly to the recipient, pricing information will be excluded.

Charles Mayer & Company also offers various gifts options that can be engraved or customized. Add that special touch to your gift or award with a personal message, monogram/initials, or logo. Please contact us with your special requests.

Shipping/Handling Policy:

All shipments are through UPS Ground. Please allow 1-2 weeks for domestic products. We will contact you for the estimated shipping time on products that are manufactured overseas. For rush or express shipping, please call customer service at 317.257.2900 during our open hours. Merchandise that is in-stock will be shipped within three business days. Due to much of our merchandise being made by hand, if a delay should occur we will notify you immediately.

Return Policy:

At Charles Mayer & Company, we want you to be pleased with your purchase.

  1. Exchanges, refunds, or replacements will be given for merchandise returned with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. Please allow two weeks to receive your refund.
  2. Store credit at the current price will be issued for merchandise returned after 14 days or merchandise without a proof of purchase.
  3. All customized gift sales (e.g., engraving & corporate gifts) are a final sale.
  4. Special orders and sale items are a final sale. Special orders include any order placed with a manufacturer on your behalf.
